About Me

Hello there. My name is Tiffany Wright. I am in my early 40s and am totally committed to health and fitness. I have been an athlete all my life (or at least I considered myself one!). I ran track in high school and part of my first year of college. I was a bodybuilder, later a sprinter, then a muay thai competitor, then a sprinter again. In general, I need to engage in a competitive sport every so often in order to stay interested and excited in my fitness. If I don't work out (i.e., do some form of exercise) for 2-3 days, I get antsy then I get irritable. So I am essentially programmed to keep in shape!

Years ago, when I was a teenager, I realized my mom's side of the family had a history of heart disease and my dad's had a history of breast cancer. I decided I would do what I could to remain healthy and fit and significantly reduce the odds of me contracting either disease. So far, so good! I'm not worried at all. My siblings and I grew up eating healthy and engaging in sports so we were "indoctrinated" at an early age.
